神乃木リュウイチはKAMINOGI WORKSの代表です。
2008年より音楽サークル「神乃木製作所」として活動を開始し、東方Projectの二次創作アレンジCDを多数リリース。
2017年ごろより都市開発ゲーム「Cities: Skylines」のクリエイターとして、主に日本の建物や看板などのアセット制作者、および架空都市「瑞城市」開発を行うYouTubeライブ配信者として活動。
Cities: Skylines公式DLCクリエイターとして、コンテンツクリエイターパック「モダンジャパン」（2019年）および「レイルロード・オブ・ジャパン」（2023年）の2作品をリリースし、Cities:
Skylines2のRegionPackの開発にも携わる。
ジャンルを横断したクリエイティブの制作を得意としています。
Ryuichi Kaminogi is the representative of KAMINOGI WORKS. He began his creative career in 2008 under the circle name "Kaminogi Seisakusho," releasing numerous Touhou Project fan arrangement CDs. Around 2017, he turned his focus to Cities: Skylines — working as a 3D modeler of Japanese buildings and signage, and as a YouTube live streamer building the fictional city of Mizuki City. As an official Cities: Skylines Content Creator, he has released two DLC packs — Modern Japan (2019) and Railroads of Japan (2023). His work spans 3D asset creation, music production, and web development.
